Segway Rentals and Tours: Bringing family and friends together

I have to admit when Moving Forward Rentals opened it's doors we had no idea what direction Segway Tours and Rentals would lead us. After the different hoops we had to jump through to just get the business idea passed by the City, are thoughts revolved around safety, safety, safety. While that is still our highest priority, it has been great to see how Moving Forward Rentals has evolved. We have turned into a place were family and friends come together for a great time.

We have had so many different family combinations of mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, grandfathers, grandmothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc., that we began to fill a need. Families found an activity they could all enjoy together... The Segway Experience! No matter what age combo the group makes up the Segway allows for everyone to enjoy a great time, together. How many other activities can hold this as their claim to fame?

The best part is everyone has the ability to learn at such a rapid pace (no matter what age). The difference, is a Segway Glide takes no special skills to learn. All you have to do is be able to stand up and lean forward. That's all! The best part is when grandma or grandpa actually "get it" before the grand kids! I love to see the faces of everyone when that happens. In only 15 minutes of training, everyone is ready to have a great time on the tour. You gotta love that!

Groups of friends have also found a new way to get together. They usually plan a entire day around their Segway Rental. They come to Sea Isle check out the wonderful beach, fabulous restaurants, but Moving Forward Rentals Segway Experience fills in the fun. Then at night they bring the younger ones in to play in the Segway Kid's Club! This is where children 10 and up all play Segway Games in our store.
